If the therapy is ineffective after the first session, subsequent sessions can be booked at no extra charge. Further sessions that are booked during weekends or evenings will incur a non-refundable supplementary charge as indicated in the ‘prices & bookings’ section.

If after several sessions (minimum of 3) the therapy is ineffective, you will be offered the option of a full refund of the money paid towards the therapy after proving yourself still a smoker. Alternatively, subject to your approval, further free sessions may be available.

Missed appointments that are offered free will be charged for at £50 per session, which will be taken from the total amount payable in the case of a refund, unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation.

The money back guarantee is valid up to 6 months after the first session attended. Money refundable will be in the form of a cheque payable directly to you, the client, and will not include any costs incurred through travelling (including supplementary costs of weekend, evening or home visit bookings), other missed appointments, loss of work or any other costs incurred other than that of the cost of therapy.

All initial consultations are free, with the exception of appointments booked for weekends or home visits - these fees are non-refundable in any case.

Evening bookings are those which commence after 6pm on any day from Monday to Friday

Weekend bookings are those which commence from 9am on Saturday till 6pm on Sunday (6pm is the latest appointment on either day)

Home visits are available on request subject to a non-refundable - fixed travel fee of £20 within most of the CV postcode area. Please call to confirm availability. Home visits out of the CV area are available and are charged according to travel time - please call to confirm prices & availability.
